If your new site hasn't brought you at least 5 real customer inquiries in the first 90 days after launch, you choose: a full refund of everything you've paid us, or we keep working free until it does. You keep your site files and your domain either way.
The refund covers your setup fee and all monthly fees paid in the first 90 days: up to $1,937 on Own It or $1,377 at Founding Five pricing, plus any Get Found fees. Domain registration stays yours and isn't refunded. Full terms are in your one-page agreement.
