Privacy note

What we collect

Only what you send us through the form, by phone, by text or by email: your name, business name, phone, town, trade and message. When we build a sample site, we use only information that's already public about your business (for example your Google Maps listing).

How we use it

To reply to you, build your sample or site, and run the services you sign up for, including call tracking and the monthly Proof Report. We don't sell or share your information.

Call tracking

If you're a client, calls and texts to your tracking number are logged (date, time, length, caller number) so we can report results to you. We store these logs with our phone provider.

Website AI assistants (for our clients' customers)

Our clients' websites include an AI assistant, clearly labelled as one. When someone chats with it, the conversation and any details they choose to share (like name, phone number and job details) are sent to that business so it can reply, and stored with our assistant provider. We use them only to run and improve that business's assistant and to report results to that business. We don't sell them.

Messages and opt-out (CASL)

Every commercial message we send identifies us, includes our mailing address and gives you an easy way to opt out. Reply STOP to any text, or "unsubscribe" to any email. We'll confirm once and never contact you again.
